Book Omaha provides a digital directory to connect users with event spaces and venues located in the Omaha, Nebraska area. We are an informational platform only.
Book Omaha is not a party to any contract, payment, or agreement made between users and venue owners. We are strictly an advertising and discovery platform. We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, cancellations, injuries, or disputes that arise from events booked through venues listed on our site. Users negotiate and contract directly with the venue at their own risk.
Listings on Book Omaha come from two sources: some are aggregated from basic, publicly available information (such as names, locations, and contact details) to create unverified "seed" listings; others are submitted directly by business owners through our listing submission tools and reviewed by our team before publication. Listings created from public information are marked "Unclaimed" until the business claims them, and are not managed by the business. The presence of a venue on our directory does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by that venue, or by Book Omaha of that venue. Business names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the business, and our review of a submitted listing is not a guarantee or verification of its accuracy. While we strive to keep our directory updated, Book Omaha does not guarantee the accuracy of venue pricing, capacity limits, amenities, photos, or availability. Users must verify all details directly with the venue.
We respect the rights of local business owners. If you represent a business listed on our platform, you can claim your listing for free, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it permanently, using the "Request removal or a correction" link on the listing page or by emailing [email protected]. We handle removal requests as quickly as we can, and once a business is removed at its request we will not list it again unless it asks us to.
We may occasionally email a business at its publicly listed business address about its listing (for example, to let it know it can claim the listing for free). Every such email explains how to opt out, and we stop emailing anyone who asks.
Venue owners claiming their listings must provide accurate information. Book Omaha reserves the right to remove any listing, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Venue owners may upload photos, descriptions, and other content through our listing and editing tools ("User Content"). You are solely and fully responsible for your own User Content - Book Omaha does not pre-screen, verify, or endorse User Content before or after it is published. By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that you own it or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use it and to authorize Book Omaha to use it, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights; you agree that you, and not Book Omaha, bear responsibility and liability for it. You grant Book Omaha a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the platform. We reserve the right to remove any User Content, including photos, at our discretion, including in response to a complaint about it.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform to submit inquiries to venues or to claim a venue listing. By using this platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
By using this site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Book Omaha and TechsPassion LLC, its officers, directors, and employees, from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the directory, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with venues found through our service.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BOOK OMAHA AND TECHSPASSION LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. As stated in Section 6, users - not Book Omaha - are solely responsible for the content they upload, including ensuring they have the right to use any photos they post. We will review reports in good faith and may remove or disable access to material at our discretion, including while a complaint is being investigated, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. We are not obligated to act as an arbiter of disputes between third parties over content ownership.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of Book Omaha, are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
